City leaders in Stevens Point have approved an ordinance change allowing open intoxicants in the Downtown area from 12-9pm Wednesday-Friday until October 16. Area restaurants and businesses will also be able to expand outdoor sales and serving space into municipal parking spaces.

The Riverfront Arts Center has announced some upcoming exhibits starting this week with Visions XXI, the 21st annual juried exhibit themed with the artist’s unique vision.
