At Pacelli Catholic Schools, we understand a Catholic education can be a sacrifice for families and we are committed to making your child’s educational experience as affordable as possible.
There are many ways PCS families can receive discounted tuition. The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program, tuition assistance, high school scholarships, referral bonuses, and the Scrip program make the most impact on reducing your tuition costs. Tuition & Tuition Assistance
It is our desire that every child be given the opportunity for a quality Catholic education. Pacelli Catholic Schools (PCS) is pleased to offer a variety of financial support options to our families. We encourage all families to apply for tuition assistance. The confidential tuition assistance application is processed through FACTS Management Company who also handles our tuition management. All information provided on the form is held strictly confidential.
Applications are due by May 1 with assistance awarded by May 15. Applications received after May 1 will be reviewed and awarded based on tuition assistance fund availability.
Parochial School Tax Deduction

Parents in Wisconsin with a child in a parochial school can receive a tax deduction for K-12 tuition. A Wisconsin Tax Form PS must be filed with your Wisconsin income taxes to receive this deduction. Families can deduct up to $4,000 for K-8 students and up to $10,000 for high school students.
Tuition statements showing your tuition transactions will be mailed by January 31. You can include payments made on K-12 tuition fees. Please consult a tax professional to inquire about claiming payments on preschool tuition.
