Infant & Toddler childcare teachers
Pacelli Catholic Schools Tim Copps Early Childhood Center in Stevens Point is accepting applications for a full-time Lead Childcare Teacher in our 6-12 month, 12-18 month, and 2 year old classrooms.
We are a quality center that provides a warm, nurturing, safe and loving environment where self-concepts are enhanced. Availability needs to be between the hours of 6:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday. These positions prefer a 2-year Associate Degree in Early Childhood or higher, or working towards a degree. Early Childhood Center Teacher Aides
Pacelli Catholic Schools Tim Copps Early Childhood Center is seeking teacher aides to support our childcare classrooms. Aides will assist with the orderly, efficient, and safe operation of classroom, cafeteria, playground, etc. Where appropriate, instruct children in the childcare room and assist lead teacher with planning. Provide a good Christian model and example in one’s attitudes and actions. Perform instructional functions as specified by lead teacher, including by not limited to: reading with/to children, one-on-one work, small-group work, bulletin boards. Responsible for housekeeping duties as specified by lead teacher. Work in other childcare rooms when needed. Maintain personable, cooperative relations with children, staff, parents, & public. Perform any other duties as may be necessary and assigned by the lead teacher/director. Attends monthly staff meetings and complete 25 hours of continuing education each year. Various positions are available – both full-time and part-time. Hourly pay is negotiable based on experience. Extended Care Staff
Pacelli Catholic Elementary School-St. Stephen’s has immediate openings for enthusiastic people to join our team as extended care staff. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, self-starter and ambitious. We are a group who work together as a team to cultivate a positive and supportive school environment. Excellent opportunity for anyone wanting a part-time position, including college students. Hours are Monday-Friday 2:45pm-5:30pm with flexible scheduling if needed, possibly 6:45am-8am, and to assist with lunch and recesses.

Job Description

- Implement the daily program under the direction of the primary caregiver
- Follow through on school discipline procedures
- Keep primary caregiver informed of daily concerns

Food Service Assistant – Substitute
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Understanding of Google email and Google suite applications
- Required to obtain Servsafe certification within first year of employment
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Wear appropriate hair restraint/personnel protective equipment (PPE) including following Covid precautions as required by Pacelli Catholic Schools
- Practice good hygiene and hand washing
- Dress in clean appropriate clothing. Wear sturdy, slip resistant shoes
- Follow the set menu for breakfast/lunch and prepare food in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
DAILY TASKS:
- Prepare items for the salad bar
- Set up salad bar/serving line
- Prepare main and secondary entrees
- Prepare deserts as needed
- Record daily freezer and cooler temperatures
- Record daily dish sanitizer PH level
- Record food temperature of served food
- Record milk temperatures daily
- Serve food in a timely, safe and friendly manner
- Clean and sanitize dishes, cleaning equipment and cafeteria tables
- Follow portion control procedures as defined by DPI/USDA
- Maintain food production logs
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen/storage areas, ensure tables are wiped down and surfaces are sanitized.
WEEKLY TASKS:
- Place food order requests
- Receive truck deliveries and put product away in a timely manner
- Date products as need and ensure product rotation
- Dispose of expired item
AS NEEDED TASKS:
- Attend required continuing education courses
- Prepare food service tasks for school special events as needed

Head Coach- Hockey (High School)
It is understood that all coaching positions at Pacelli Catholic Schools are on-season terms and are renewable with the approval of the Athletic Director
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Be a role model for the athletes as an employee of a Catholic school and exhibit the best
sportsmanship representing yourself, the students, school and PCS
- Organize pre-season sign-ups and organizational meetings
- Attend all appropriate PCS and WIAA pre-season coaching meetings
- Work with Athletic Director and other same-season coaches for coordination of Student Activities Center and other facility use schedules
- Distribute all equipment and be responsible for that equipment, including making sure it is returned and accounted for at the end of the season
- Contact, or designate a person to contact, all required media following all contests, both home and on the road
- If planning to run out-of-season camps and/or clinics, schedule and coordinate all information through the Athletic Director
- Exhibit sound budget judgment, including notifying Athletic Director prior to any and all purchases
- Follow all PCS and WIAA guidelines and bylaws
- Follow guidelines of the PCS Coaches Handbook
- Be knowledgeable and supportive of Pacelli’s and the Diocese of LaCrosse’s mission, including expectation of students in accordance with the Student Activities Code
- Follow deadlines with regard to WIAA pre-tournament information
- Communicate with parents frequently
- Coordinate, or designate a person to coordinate, statistics throughout the season
- Assist the Athletic Director in the collection of physical forms or alternate year cards, concussion
- forms and athletic fees where appropriate
- Attend the Season Awards ceremony to hand out letters, certificates and other awards
- Attend the year-end All-Sports Banquet
- Follow established first aid and emergency guidelines, including the reporting of injuries to the Athletic Director within a 24-hour time limit
- Work with PCS assigned trainers in the care of any injuries
- If any fundraising is done, complete any necessary forms and coordinate this effort through the Athletic Director
- Attend the All-Conference meeting and any subsequent All-Region or All-State meetings (as necessary) at the end of the season
- Complete ASEP Coaches Training as expected
- Communicate regularly with the Athletic Director

CHILD CARE LEAD TEACHER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree in Early Childhood and at least 18 years of age
- Must have at least 80 full days or 120 half days of experience as Assistant Childcare Teacher in a licensed center or other approved early childhood setting
- Must meet all the requirements set by the Wisconsin DCF for a Child Care Teacher as listed in the Wisconsin Administrative code 251

Development Assistant
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Practicing Catholic & committed to Catholic education and schools
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Administrative experience with knowledge of Google Drive and online databases

DEVELOPMENT PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
- Assists the Director of Advancement and Marketing and/or the system President in the preparation of publications and marketing materials for advancement, prepares mailings for various fund drives, events, and solicitations.
- Assists with the planning, organization, and supervision of volunteers, particularly as it relates to special events, fundraisers, or other major projects as essential to functions of development and marketing/recruitment.
- Work closely with alumni and committees related to alumni awards such as the Distinguished Alumnus, Athletic Hall of Fame, and Alumni Reunion Planning Committees.
- FUNDING
- Record and process incoming contributions, prepare acknowledgement letters, process billings for outstanding pledges, announcements, and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Responsible for the implementation and supervision of various campaigns and annual drives for fund development in gifts to the general operating fund, scholarships/tuition assistance programs, matching gifts, or restricted/donor-designated gifts.
- Provide leadership and coordinate special events, including but not limited to the Cardinal Crusade, the Staff Appreciation Party, the Shredding Party, Distinguished Alumni Brunch, and Panacea including: assist with Panacea booth chairs with areas including the silent auction, major raffle, basket raffle and other Panacea booths as needed.
- Develops and maintains contacts with business and industry in the community including solicitation for fundraising or other support of Pacelli Catholic Schools
- Provides regular reports to the Director of Advancement and necessary publics on funding activity progress, specifically as it relates to events and other key development and marketing/recruitment initiatives

- Performs regular maintenance and cleaning as specified by supervisor and/or principal
- Maintain building and grounds in safe, healthful, workable and optimal conditions
- Keep work area/maintenance supply room(s) organized and presentable
- See that all materials are properly and safely stored in appropriate storage areas
- Regularly inspect facility to determine where repairs, extra cleaning, etc. are needed
- Operate equipment safely and properly
- Supervise student workers/other workers as necessary
- Implement, maintain regular cleaning schedule, including daily vacuuming and cleaning boards in all classrooms
- Keep informed of latest laws, regulations, other developments in maintenance, repair, upkeep of facility
