Wisconsin Parental Choice Program

If you qualify for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP), your 4K-12 Pacelli Catholic Schools tuition could be FREE!

How Do I Qualify?
For the 2024-2025 school year, the family income of a student applying for the WPCP must be at or below the amount listed in the table. Family income includes the income of the student’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) that reside in the same household as the student applicant. Family size includes parents/legal guardians and their children by birth, marriage, or adoption that reside in the same household as the student applicant.

  • new and returning students applying to grades K4, K5, 1, or 9 
  • new students if you meet one of the following requirements for the 2023-24 school year:
    • attended a public school in Wisconsin
    • attended school in another state
    • were not enrolled in school (including homeschool for the entire 2023-24 school year)
    • participated in the MPCP, RPCP or WPCP

When Can I Apply?
The application period is February 1 through April 18 for the 2024-2025 school year. The WPCP is entirely separate from the PCS tuition assistance application. All deadlines and requirements are state mandated by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. No late applications will be accepted.

Private schools participating in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program, must provide a copy of the school’s accountability report (report card) and a list of the educational options available to children who reside in the pupil’s resident school district to the parent/guardian of each pupil enrolled in or attending the school.
