What is the Cardinal Crusade?
The Cardinal Crusade promises an exciting evening in support of Pacelli Catholic Schools, showcasing socializing, delicious hors d’oeuvres, a basket raffle, engaging games, prize drawings, and both online and live auctions featuring outstanding items and experiences.
As one of our premier annual fundraisers, the Cardinal Crusade directly benefits nearly 800 children in our childcare, preschool, and K-12 programs, all while promoting academic excellence and a strong foundation in faith. Join us for a night of fun and purpose!
When & where is the Cardinal Crusade?
Mark your calendars: the 12th Annual Cardinal Crusade Live Auction is scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the Food + Farm Exploration Center.
5:30PM: Doors Open | Cash Bar, Heavy Hors d’oeuvres,
Raffles, & Games
6PM: Early Bird Prize Drawing
7:30PM: Formal Welcome, Heads or Tails, Dessert Dash, Father’s Wallet, Live Auction, & Fund-A-Need
8:45PM: Prize Drawings
9PM: Night Owl Prize Drawning
Can I still bid on silent auction items even if I can’t make it to the event?
Yes, this year’s silent auction bidding will be exclusively online. Online bidding for the silent auction will open at 12pm on Thursday, February 6 and close the evening of Saturday, February 8 so be sure to get your account set up and plan to check your bids often. Bid from anywhere, anytime using your phone, tablet, or computer.
Attend the Event
Tickets are just $35/person and include admission, hors d’oeuvres, and bidder number. Invite your friends to fill a table of 10 and enjoy a fun evening of socializing and supporting Pacelli Catholic Schools! RSVP online only by February 1, 2025 to save your spot – space is limited to the first 220!
Volunteer at the Event

Travel Sweepstakes: WIN A VACAY TO NORWAY, BELIZE, OR IDAHO!
Travel Sweepstakes entries will be available after Christmas Break
2025 TRAVEL SWEEPSTAKES
Entries are $50 each or $100 for 10 entries (suggested donation). The winner gets their choice of one of three vacations. Airfare not included. Need not be present to win. Entries will be available at the PCS Central Office starting the week of January 6 through Friday, February 7 at 4pm and will also be available at the event. Which will you choose for your next dream vacation adventure?
Pick Your Scrip Sweepstakes: WIN $1,000, $250, $150, OR $100 IN GIFT CARDS OF YOUR CHOICE!
Entries are $10 each, $25 for 3 entries, or $50 for 10 entries (suggested donation). The four winners will get $100 to $1,000 in gift cards of your choice from the Pacelli Catholic Schools scrip program. Need not be present to win. Entries will be available at the PCS Central Office the week of January 6 through Friday, February 7 at 4pm and will also be available at the event.
Tuition Credit Sweepstakes: WIN $1,000 OR $500 TUITION CREDIT!
Entries are $10 each, $25 for 3 entries, or $50 for 10 entries (suggested donation). The grand prize winner will get a $1,000 tuition credit and the 2nd prize winner will get a $500 tuition credit to Pacelli Catholic Schools. Valid on K-12 tuition for 2025-2026 or later school year. Need not be present to win. Entries will be available at the PCS Central Office starting the week of January 6 through Friday, February 7 at 4pm and will also be available at the event.
Sweepstakes Information: Entries for the Travel Sweepstakes, Pick Your Scrip Sweepstakes, & Tuition Credit Sweepstakes must be returned to the PCS Central Office, 1301 Maria Drive, Stevens Point, WI 54481 by 4pm February 7 or returned at the Cardinal Crusade Live Auction by 8pm on February 8. To enter without purchase, you must fill out one 3×5″ notecard with your first and last name, address, phone number, and email address per entry and mail it to the PCS Central Office, Attn: Development, 1301 Maria Drive, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Only one entry per envelope. Multiple entries per envelope will not be accepted. Entries not submitted via mail will not be accepted.
