Phillip VanDenBrink

Phil VanDenBrink serves as President of Pacelli Catholic Schools, where he provides strategic leadership focused on academic excellence, faith formation, and long-term sustainability. With extensive experience in Catholic and independent education, Phil has led initiatives in school governance, enrollment management, financial stewardship, alumni engagement, and international partnerships. Since beginning his role at Pacelli in July 2024, he has worked collaboratively with faculty, staff, parents, and community partners to strengthen programs, expand opportunities for students, and ensure accessibility to Catholic education for families. Phil is deeply committed to mission-driven leadership, fostering strong school culture, and preparing students to succeed academically while living out their faith and values.
