At Pacelli Catholic Schools, we know choosing a Catholic education is an important investment for your family. That’s why we’re dedicated to making your child’s education as affordable and accessible as possible.
Pacelli Catholic Schools families have several opportunities to reduce tuition costs. The Wisconsin Parental Choice Program, tuition assistance, high school scholarships, referral bonuses, and our Scrip program all work together to help make a Pacelli education more affordable. Tuition & Tuition Assistance
At Pacelli Catholic Schools, we believe every child should have access to an excellent Catholic education. To help make this possible, Pacelli Catholic Schools (PCS) offers a range of financial support options for our families.
We strongly encourage all families to apply for tuition assistance. Our confidential tuition assistance application is processed through FACTS Management Company, which also manages our tuition payments. All information you provide is kept strictly confidential.
Tuition assistance applications are due by May 15, with award notifications sent around July 1. Applications received after May 15 will still be reviewed and may be awarded based on remaining tuition assistance funds.
Parochial School Tax Deduction

Parents in Wisconsin with a child in a parochial school can receive a tax deduction for K-12 tuition. A Wisconsin Tax Form PS must be filed with your Wisconsin income taxes to receive this deduction. Families can deduct up to $4,000 for K-8 students and up to $10,000 for high school students.
Tuition statements showing your tuition transactions will be mailed by January 31. You can include payments made on K-12 tuition fees. Please consult a tax professional to inquire about claiming payments on preschool tuition.
