An Update from the Gift Card Desk – May 20, 2020
With the recent loosening of restrictions for retail sales, the PCS Gift Card desk will be opening on a limited basis with curbside pick up. This will be for a short term until we can get more safety measures in place inside. This is how it will work to start:
- On Monday, May 18th we will be available from 9-11am for phone in orders that can be paid by credit card only. Please call 715-341-2445. If we have your card on file, you have the option to email your order to email@example.com. We can only accept payment by credit card at this time so we will not be able to sell Walmart, Amazon or Target. These orders will be ready for curbside pick up on Wednesday, May 20th from 7:30am-12pm.
- Due to the Memorial Day holiday, on Tuesday, May 26th we will be available from 7:30am-3pm for phone in or online orders paid by credit card only. These orders will be ready for curbside pick up on Wednesday, May 27th from 7:30am-12:30pm. Please call 715.341.2445 when you arrive and we’ll bring your cards out to you curbside.
- Beginning Monday, June 1st, we will continue to be available for gift card orders every Monday from 7:30am-3pm and curbside pick up every Wednesday from 7:30am-12:30pm until further notice. Please call 715.341.2445 when you arrive for pick up and we’ll bring your cards out to you curbside.
We look to continue to expand our schedule as soon as it is safe to do so. Please remember that your family fee will be reduced for the next school year based on when we reopen so you can expect more information on that shortly. Until then, stay happy and healthy. Gift cards are just a substitute for money. The Pacelli Catholic Schools (PCS) Gift Card Program offers for sale gift cards redeemable at participating merchants. Gift cards are used to raise funds for non-profit organizations, like our schools.
How It Works
PCS purchases gift cards from a national retailers and local businesses at discounts ranging anywhere from 2 – 20%. The gift cards are then sold to parents and friends of the school system and parishioners at face value. Our “profit” is realized upon the sale of these cards. For example, PCS purchases one $10 gift card at a 5% discount. PCS will pay $9.50 for it and will then sell it to you, the customer, for $10. A fifty cent “profit” has been made.

Purchase At Our Office
Gift cards are available at the PCS central office: 1301 Maria Drive, from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. They are also available before and after most masses at our local parishes.
Send Orders with Your Child
Orders can also be sent with your student to school and they will be sent home with your child on Thursday. You can print out the current order form. You can also fax in your order to 715-342-2001.
Purchase Gift Cards On the Go
You can purchase electronic gift cards (e-cards) through ShopWithScrip. Contact us at 715.341.2445 or firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions to setup your account today. Please note that it does take a minimum of 2 business days for your account to be fully setup, active, and ready to use.
