Summer Programs

Pacelli/Hoyas Basketball Camp: June 7-8

• Grades K-2: 8:15-9:15am
• Grades 3-5: 10am-12pm
• Grades 6-9: 1-3pm

Cost Per Child: $25 Grades K-2 | $30 Grades 3-8
Includes t-shirt for each camper.

Athletic Performance Camps

For Children Entering Grades 4-12

Train. Rest. Grow. Repeat. (T.R.G.R.) Athletic Performance was started with the vision of helping athletes receive high end coaching, to allow them to increase their athletic potential. Coach Woida has over 14 years of experience at all levels of athletics and has worked with just about every sport there is.

T.R.G.R Athletic Performance holds strength and conditioning camps in the Pacelli Fitness Center. These workouts will consist of: balance, body control, acceleration, deceleration, plyometrics, speed development, injury prevention, foot speed, agility, overall strength, and cardiovascular/energy system development. Athletes will receive coaching, guidance, and education, they will not just be supervised. High standards and consistency will bring results.

June 7-July 2

• Grades 9-12+: MWF | 6:30-7:40am or 7:45-8:55am
• Grades 6-8: TTh | 6:30-7:30am or 7:45-8:45am
• Grades 4-5: MW | 1:30-2:30pm

July 12-August 6

• Grades 9-12+: MWF | 6:30-7:40am or 7:45-8:55am
• Grades 6-8: TTh | 6:30-7:30am or 7:45-8:45am
• Grades 4-5: MW | 1:30-2:30pm

• Pacelli Student: $120/4 Weeks | $240/8 Weeks
• Non-Pacelli Student: $180/4 Weeks | $360/8 Weeks

2-Day Program:

• Pacelli Student: $80/4 Weeks | $160/8 Weeks
• Non-Pacelli Student: $120/4 Weeks | $240/8 Weeks

Make up group sessions will be held each week to allow athletes to get their weekly training in.

Team training sessions also available. Additional groups and times could be added based on demand.
