Pacelli Catholic Schools offer a licensed childcare program that allows children to learn social skills in a safe and loving environment. By promoting spiritual, cognitive, and physical development each child has the opportunity to engage in activities that are geared to their interests while challenging them at their individual ability level.
The educational program is designed to provide developmentally appropriate learning experiences for the children throughout the day. Learning is enhanced in the following areas: large and small muscle development, arts and crafts, science, math readiness, self-help skills, emotional and social development. Pacelli Catholic Early Childhood Center infant and toddler teachers will use the POCET observation and checklist tool kit to prepare development guidelines and activities.
The daycare program is open to children from all ethnic, cultural, racial, religious or special needs backgrounds, who are enrolled at St. Bronislava 3 Year Old Preschool and the public 4K programs. Children in the childcare facility must be 3 years old.

Pacelli Catholic Schools offer a well-established and innovative preschool program with a Catholic emphasis for children ages 3-4. The program is taught by highly qualified staff at St. Bronislava in Plover and at our Early Childhood Center in Stevens Point. Low student/teacher ratios and classroom aides allow teachers to focus on faith development, literacy, social and readiness skills. Students in the three-year-old programs must have attained the age of three by September 1st in order to be enrolled. They must be toilet trained.
For the 2017-2018 school year, 3K at St. Bronislava will begin on September 5 and end on June 5, following the Pacelli Catholic Schools calendar for days off. You will receive a calendar during the first week of school. 3-year-old Preschool: Mon. & Wed. or Tues. & Thurs. from 9:00 am-11:30 am. A third day of preschool each week is offered on Friday for an additional cost. You may enroll your child for 3 days per week if you want. The class time on Friday is 9:00-11:30 a.m.

St. Bronislava offers 4 Year-Old Kindergarten (4K) as part of the Stevens Point Area Public School District. The program follows the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards which specify developmentally appropriate expectations for children. The standards address a child’s health and physical development, social and emotional development, language development and communication skills, and cognition and general knowledge. By using these standards as a guide, the programs are all able to utilize a play-based exploration model that is child initiated.
The mission of the 4K program is to provide equal access to high quality early childhood education and learning experiences for all children.
Childcare: We offer childcare for 4K parents, including Fridays! Contact the school for more information.
