Childcare & PreSchool

4-year-Old Kindergarten Registration

PAYMENT TERMS

  • A billing statement for childcare fees will be distributed weekly. Personal days will be credited on the next statement.
  • Payments may be made out to Pacelli Catholic Schools and are due no later than 5:30 pm on Friday.
  • Accounts not paid in full will be charged a late fee of $15.00.  Please make sure to keep your account up to date.  Please talk to the director about special arrangements if needed.  A payment box is on the administrative assistant’s desk in the school office.  It is not necessary to include your statement with payment.

OTHER FEES

  • After Closing Fee: A $10 charge will be applied to the account for every 10 minutes a child remains in the ECC after the center closes at 5:30pm.
  • NSF Fee: $25.00 service charge.  Two returned checks may result in a cash only payment procedure.

PERSONAL DAYS
Each child in attendance 3 or more full days per week has available a given number of days each year (September 1 through August 31) to be used when your child is not present at the Center (vacation or sick) for which they will not be charged.  The number of personal days will be determined by the average number of days per week that a child is scheduled at the Center.

  • A full-time, full year child will receive 12 personal days per year.
  • Personal days are pro-rated at the time of enrollment and do not carry over into the following year.
  • Parents are responsible for payment of any nonattendance days beyond the number of personal days allocated.

Please note, personal days will be credited by filling out a Personal Day Request slip, which is located by the computer.  This slip needs to be submitted within two weeks from the date of use.

OBSERVANCE OF HOLIDAYS
The center closes for the observance of the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

The center will also close two or three days in late August for cleaning of the center and the days between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
