Cindy Weber Hired as New President

Cindy WeberPacelli Catholic Schools (PCS) is excited to announce the hiring of a new president, Cindy Weber, effective July 1, 2020. Weber, who will be starting in an unofficial capacity in May, will oversee all aspects of the school system’s operation including fundraising and development, messaging and public relations, budgeting, and supporting the school administrators.

Weber has a career spanning more than 30 years in the private and nonprofit sectors, most recently serving as the president and CEO for Sunshine House Inc. in Sturgeon Bay, a nonprofit providing services to Door County’s citizens with special needs and disabilities. Prior to that, Weber served as vice president of mission development for the Door County YMCA and has run her own strategic consulting firm for the last 8 years advising organizations on fundraising, strategic thinking, business development, and marketing. She is the past board chair for the Door County Economic Development Corp., Door County Visitor Bureau, and Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center and a past board member of the Door Kewaunee Business Education Partnership.

Weber holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and marketing from Carroll University and is a certified fundraising executive (CFRE).

Weber will assume responsibilities from longtime PCS principal and administrator Gregg Hansel who is set to retire on June 30.
